Even before launching her own business, Jaclyn was already speaking on leadership and emotional intelligence while spending over 14 years in corporate leadership and finance roles. Her career began in public accounting, where she led audit training and mentored emerging professionals. She later joined a global manufacturing and distribution company, where she served in four roles across internal audit, controllership, and finance integration. During this time, she led a $2B finance integration across three states, served as risk advisor to cross-functional leaders, coached more than 25 professionals into higher-impact roles, and managed talent strategy initiatives across the organization.

As the founder of Badeau Consulting, Jaclyn spent over five years delivering high-impact leadership development, employee engagement training, and strategic culture consulting to organizations across the country.
